  1. I need you to decorate my home…I love your Christmas rustic bears, I live in a log home, I like comfy , hubby likes recliner…
Focal points? TV which is located next to windows, the fireplace is at the other end of room…uggh..

  2. My bedroom is my favorite I want my living room to be all my furniture don’t match 🙄🙄🙄

  3. i learned from another video that you shouldnt put the bed on the windows that way sniper cant shoot you easily

  4. The headboard against the window is a fire hazard, because fire fighters can not access from the outside in case of fire.

  5. The only concern I can think of about about a headboard going against a window and covering a good bit of it; is in an event that someone is trapped in there room during a fire and the point of entry for a firefighter is through the window. That individual maybe in trouble…Thats the only thing that comes to mind for me.

  6. Headboard against window is a fire hazard. Especially heavy ones. My grandad was a fireman all his adult life and he said that headboards and dressers against windows and kids hiding were the 2 most things that contributed to death. Because children can’t move heavy furniture and if adults are knocked unconscious by smoke in the wee hours before they know there is a actual fire it’s very hard for fireman to get to a top floor bedroom that has furniture blocking windows they would need to enter
Especially if the adults are unconscious and can’t move the furniture from the inside.

  7. Re: bed against the window… I live in earthquake territory, I don’t want the window to break on my bed if I’m sleeping and an earthquake occurs. It’s beautiful, but I always ensure that whatever is above the head of the bed doesn’t have glass or is heavy. Our current piece of art I actually laid down and knocked it onto myself to see if it was too heavy. Definitely a startle factor, but it’s only canvas, so it passed the earthquake test.

  8. In the Midwest in America we don’t put the bed by the window because of lightening. It’s a safety thing of sorts. Especially if the window or your bed frame, for example, have metal in them. It could conduct electricity and it puts you at risk of getting struck.
